By accessing or using TredLens ("the Platform", "Service", "we", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TredLens Inc.

Service Description

TredLens provides trading analytics and performance tracking services, including but not limited to:

• Trading history analysis and visualization
• Performance metrics and statistical reports
• Risk management insights and recommendations
• Portfolio tracking and account management
• Data import from multiple trading platforms

TredLens is a data analysis tool and does not provide financial advice, broker services, or execute trades on your behalf.

User Eligibility

To use TredLens, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Account Registration and Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent trading data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Trading Data and Analysis

Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of trading data you upload. TredLens processes data as provided and does not verify its authenticity.

Analysis Limitations: Our analytics are based on historical data and statistical models. Past performance does not guarantee future results. TredLens does not provide investment advice or trading recommendations.

Supported Formats: We support MT4, MT5, cTrader, and other major platform formats. File format compatibility may change with updates.

Intellectual Property

TredLens IP: All content, features, and functionality of the platform (including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, logos, and documentation) are owned by TredLens and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your trading data. By using TredLens, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and display your data solely for providing our services.

Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide may be used by TredLens without compensation or attribution.

Subscription and Payment

Pricing: Subscription fees are stated on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Current users will receive advance notification of price changes.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds after this period are at our discretion. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of annual plans.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for early cancellation.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Financial Advice: TredLens provides analytical tools, not financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TredLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Trading Risks: Trading carries substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that TredLens is not responsible for trading losses incurred while using or based on information from our platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TredLens, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account poses a security risk
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Payment issues arise with your subscription
• We discontinue the service (with 60 days' notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may delete your data 90 days after termination, though anonymized data may be retained for analytics.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TredLens shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except for intellectual property disputes or claims under $10,000, which may be brought in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
